It's been a rollercoaster month for The Bold and the Beautiful's Jack Wagner (Nick Marone). Just a few weeks after announcing that his engagement to Heather Locklear was called off, Wagner has made news for another soapy -- but real-life -- plot twist.
Wagner was ready to take the stage with Rick Springfield at a concert aboard a cruise ship earlier this month when he was approached by a 23-year-old woman who announced that he was her father.
The young woman, named only as "Kerry," presented a photograph of her mother, a woman that Wagner acknowledged that he'd had a relationship with.
According to published reports, Kerry's mother contacted Wagner when she was nine months pregnant to inform the actor that she was pregnant, and that she would be giving the baby up for adoption. Kerry reportedly grew up in New York City with foster parents. Wagner's rep is quick to point out that Wagner did not choose to put his daughter up for adoption, and stated that Wagner had hired a private investigator to try to track down his daughter.
The day following the surprise reunion, Wagner invited Kerry onstage and introduced her to the crowd as his daughter.
Wagner joined the cast of The Bold and the Beautiful in March 2003.
