It seems former The Bold and the Beautiful star Ronn Moss (ex-Ridge Forrester) is looking to make a fresh start -- and maybe even flee Los Angeles?!
According to Realtor.com, the Player singer and bassist and his wife, Devin DeVasquez, have listed two of their homes on the market: a $2.5 million, five-acre villa they used primarily as a rental property, and their primary residence, a 10,096-square foot French-country style estate listed just under $4 million.
The rental property offers "your own hilltop" with "sunsets [that] are to die for," states the official listing. Meanwhile, the larger house offers tiered movie theaters, a library, a horse barn, a pool, and grassy fields.
At this time, there's no information as to why the couple chose to list both properties at the same time and whether or not they plan to stay in Los Angeles.
