The Bold and the Beautiful star Katherine Kelly Lang (Brooke Forrester) has put her home in the Glassell Park area of Los Angeles on the market.
The two-story, 1,900-square-foot house was built in 2013 and boasts vaulted ceilings, an outdoor fire pit, and a mix of a contemporary and industrial interior space.
Property records show Lang originally purchased the home three years ago for $640,000, and she's now hoping to sell it for $815,000.
Though the asking price might sound outrageous to the average American, it's not terribly unusual for Angelinos; the average price of a home in the L.A. area is $610,400.
