Lots of characters are coming in, meaning some characters have got to go from Days of our Lives' Salem. The latest slated for an exit is bad boy Xander, played by Paul Telfer.
The actor/model, who actually began his time on the soap as Victor Kiriakis' henchman, Damon, in January and then stepped into the role of Xander Cook (a.k.a. Alexandros Kiriakis) in March, tweeted the news of his character's impending exit. "I left weeks before Xander even aired, but because of the prod sched he'll be on thru August," he wrote.
Telfer's exit is no surprise to most DAYS fans, considering Xander is connected to Serena (Melissa Archer), who's also slated to leave the canvas when the pair's elephant statue storyline wraps up.
