General Hospital is getting a blast from the past, but it's not a character Port Charles citizens will likely be happy to see.
The ABC soap has cast actor Don Harvey in the role of Tom Baker, the man who raped a teenaged Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) and was last seen on the canvas in 1998.
According to Soap Opera Digest, Harvey will debut as the nefarious character, previously portrayed by James Sloyan, this week.
Harvey's previous credits include The Deuce, The Night Of, Blue Bloods, The Mentalist, Superman, and Luck. He also briefly appeared on Another World as a character named Aces in 1986.
