Your eyes weren't playing tricks on you if you noticed that General Hospital's youngster, Georgie, looked a bit different and a bit older this week. The role of Maxie (Kirsten Storms) and Spinelli's (Bradford Anderson/Blake Berris) darling daughter is now being played by child actress Lily Fisher.
The Osbrink Agency announced the casting news via Twitter, noting that the company is thrilled that Fisher is working with another client of theirs, Brooklyn Rae Silzer (Emma Drake).

The role of Georgie was previously played by Harper Rose Barash, real-life daughter of Storms and Brandon Barash (ex-Johnny Zacchara). It's unclear at this time why baby Barash was replaced in the role, but at least the soap found a young actress who's equally as cute.
