Fans who miss Bree Williamson as General Hospital's Claudette Boland or One Life to Live's Jessica Buchanan will want to tune in to her latest project, a Lifetime film titled Mommy's Little Boy.
The eerie movie stars Williamson as mom Briana Wilson, but it doesn't sound like the character is the type to bake cookies and give kisses to her son, Eric (played by Peter DaCunha).
States the film's official description: "When ten-year-old Eric's older brother Max drowns, Eric's mother Briana takes the death of her favorite son especially hard and spirals into a dark depression. Eric, already haunted [by] guilt over not saving Max and desperate for attention, begins spending time with the family of his baseball coach Michael. When, in a drunken rage, Briana commits a fatal crime, she decides to take Eric and hit the road. Discovering he's about to be ripped away from his surrogate family, Eric takes a stand against his mother and enlists the help of the person he trusts most -- Michael."
Wrote Williamson on Instagram: "Yay!! I yell at @itsPeterDacunha a lot. He took it like a champ. #lifetimemovies #momlife #traumatized"
Considering Williamson has a son of her own -- six-year-old McGreggor Edward Roberts -- this may have been quite a tough role for the actress to play!
Watch for the premiere of Mommy's Little Boy, which follows a repeat air of 2016's based-on-a-true-story film Mommy's Little Girl, on Lifetime on Saturday, March 18, at 8PM.
