Congratulations are in order for General Hospital's Brooklyn Rae Silzer (Emma Drake) and Joey Luthman (young Luke Spencer), and The Young and the Restless' McKenna Roberts (Matilda Ashby), who have all been nominated for the 37th Annual Young Artist Awards.
The nominations were announced Friday in several categories, including television, motion pictures, theater, web series, and DVDs. GH's Luthman landed a nomination in the Best Performance in a TV Series category (recurring young actors 14-21) for his portrayal of young Luke Spencer during the ABC soap's fan-favorite 52nd anniversary storyline that delved deep into Luke's heartbreaking past.
Silzer and Roberts will be competing against one another in the same category, having both snagged nominations in the Best Performance in a TV Series category (recurring actresses 13 and under) for their work in Port Charles and Genoa City, respectively.
Winners of the 37th Annual Young Artist Awards will be announced on Sunday, March 13, at the Sportsman's Lodge in Studio City, California.
