Soap fans will want to take a moment to thank director Kaila York, who has cast a number of popular daytime stars in her upcoming film No Place Like Home.
The movie, written by Christina Welsh, boasts a bevy of faces familiar to soap opera fans, including: The Young and the Restless' Kristoff St. John (Neil Winters) and Kelly Kruger (Mackenzie Browning); Days of our Lives' Christopher Sean (Paul Narita) and Stacy Haiduk (Kristin DiMera; ex-Patty Williams, Y&R); and One Life to Live's John-Paul Lavoisier (ex-Rex Balsom; ex-Philip Kiriakis, DAYS). The film also stars Richard Speight Jr., Beth Littleford, Anne Leighton, Pallavi Sastry, and Courtney Compton.
A synopsis for the film has yet to be released, but Kruger took to Instagram with some sneak peek photos of filming with the caption: "Can't wait to share more with you guys!"
