Soap opera fans have long known that Christian LeBlanc is a man of many talents, as he not only plays Michael Baldwin on The Young and the Restless, but he is also an accomplished artist. The actor has showcased his work in galleries in his hometown of New Orleans, Louisiana, and now he's giving his fans the chance to showcase his work, as well -- in their own homes!
LeBlanc is proud to announce that he has launched a new website called Christian Jules LeBlanc: Art, where fans can view and purchase original works of art that he has created.

As shared on his website, "LeBlanc is a self-taught artist who originally began working on illustrations for his young nephews. His artwork soon dovetailed nicely with his acting career when he received a commission for the premiere theatrical production of the 40th anniversary season of Miami's Coconut Grove Theater. The producers requested that he transmogrify the human characters of the play, Ladies In Retirement (in which Le Blanc was starring with Julie Harris), into the animal characters Le Blanc had been developing for children's books."
That assignment led to many more works by LeBlanc, including a 1999 Orpheus Mardi Gras Poster and his current show, Wet, which originally began as a one-off study of light and texture. To see which pieces LeBlanc currently has for sale, check out his official website here.
LeBlanc is on track to have a very busy 2022. In addition to selling his art, the actor has also announced that he has signed on to play Big Daddy Pollitt in a new off-Broadway production of Cat on a Hot Tin Roof to be staged at Theater at St. Clement's in midtown Manhattan. The show is set to debut in January, and the actor couldn't be more thrilled.
